Sugatsune Kogyo India Private Limited is a subsidiary company of a Japan based group engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying of furniture fittings and architectural hardware products under the brand of 'LAMP'. We were engaged by the Head Office to incorporate a trading entity for them in India and post incorporation they kick started their business with marketing and sales team. As they started with small team with entire focus on developing, marketing and spreading their business within India they did not want to invest their time, team and money on accounts and all compliances in India as also due to lack of knowledge on law of land. The company's senior team find it wise to outsource their accounts and entire compliances to us as it was cost effective for them and at the same time they had access to all advisory and compliances managed by the trained team of professionals in comparison to developing in house team and facing challenge of maintaining them.
