• Drafting engagement letters for employees sufficiently protecting your interests
• Calculating time and pay entitlements of each employee for each month
• Ascertain tax deduction liability (TDS) on pay of each employee and ensuring payment of the same.
• Generating Pay slips on time and ensuring timely payment
• Ensuring all statutory payments and filings towards PF,ESIC etc.
• Assisting termination of any employee and ensuring appropriate paper work
